Caregiver Training Program

This program is a cost-effective solution for your caregiver training needs, designed and successfully used by individuals that desire to work as Licensed Professional Caregiver for home health agencies, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and senior centers, as mandated by The Arizona Department of Health Services. The primary goal of the training program is to prepare the Student to become a Professional Caregiver.

The 62-hour course provides high-quality training in essential care skills can be used as well by professional or family caregivers and volunteers.

The A.L.L.C.T. Caregiver Training Program provides a well-organized step-by-step curriculum divided into three different levels of care, Supervisory, Personal and Directed Care. In a classroom-based format, the program is designed to provide crisis intervention techniques, medication administration, assisting residents with their activities of daily living, the coordination of, or provision of, intermittent nursing services, developing and implementing programs and services, including care provided to persons who are incapable of recognizing danger, summoning assistance, expressing need or making basic decisions.

A Certificate of Completion is issued at the end of this training and provides qualification for entering into the Caregiver profession.
